I obtained my PhD in 2003. Between 2005 and 2014 I worked as a postdoctoral researcher, first with Prof. Richard Marais (ICR-London) and later with Prof. Claudia Wellbrock (U. of Manchester). After 2 years as lecturer at the University of Huddersfield, in 2016 I established the Cancer Signaling group at the Navarrabiomed research institute, Pamplona, Spain. We study how metabolic plasticity affects metastatic melanoma response to targeted and immunotherapies.
